All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in an emergency or specialty animal hospital environment.Must be able/willing to work swing shifts, weekends, and some holidays.Core Competencies - Moderate to intermediate knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and medications - Ability to manage front office phones and incoming clients - Experience obtaining/documenting patient condition and history for the doctor. Triage emergency patients. - Ability to provide professional and compassionate customer service - Superb communication skills with clients, doctors, and staff - Must thrive in a team environment - Exceptional organizational skills to keep the work environment tidy, as well as to perform assignments efficiently. - Experience performing financial transactions - Knowledge of EzyVet, and Smartboards are a plus!This position is a 4/10-hour workweek EVENING SWING SHIFT HOURS.
