Tustin Ave., Tustin, CA (Territory is Tustin, Santa Ana, Anaheim Hills, and Placentia areasWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours can vary) typical shift is 8A-5P, however may range between 6A-6P and weekend work may be requiredResponsibilities: Supervise a team of (+25) phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices in (territory listed above)Manage patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels and information logsMonitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessaryCoordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinkingPerform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisalsPartner with Human Resources regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actionsHire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positionsCommunicate effectively to internal and external customers including patients, client office staff, sales team, logistics and senior managementProvide exceptional customer service to all patients and clientsAssist in the set-up of new Patient Service Centers or Client OfficesProvide resolution of any patient or client issuesPerform, collect and prepare specimens when neededTravel to additional sites as necessaryRequirements:This position requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Subject to applicable law, all prospective hires will need to provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for medical or religious accommodations.Must have valid California issued Phlebotomy License or have an application for Phlebotomy License filed with California Department of Health at time of hirePrevious experience as a phlebotomist (Prefer 3+ Years)Prior supervisor experience strongly preferredMust have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordMust be at least 21 years' oldDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead othersAbility to effectively manage time and prioritize dutiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsValid driver's license and good driving recordWorking knowledge of MS OfficeJoining our team will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference every day.
