A company is looking for a Development Director to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and programs for
financial growth
Identify, recruit, and cultivate new corporate sponsors,
volunteers, and committee members
Organize community engagement opportunities to raise awareness
about cystic fibrosis and the organization's mission
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
5+ years of fundraising experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong customer service and volunteer management experience
Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
