Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of CoRe Product to lead
product strategy and development for commercial and retail deposit
and lending products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap and identify
market trends
Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and monitor
product performance
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage product-related
risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred)
8-10 years of product management experience in banking or financial
services
3-5 years of people leadership experience
Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer banking products
Proven ability to develop product strategies aligned with
organizational goals
