Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Innovation &
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the innovation pipeline strategy for the Sports Performance
line from concept development to launch
Develop a 1-3 year innovation roadmap in collaboration with
cross-functional teams
Manage consumer research and oversee the innovation-stage gate
process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Development, or
related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, innovation, and product
development, preferably in the VMS/supplementation space
Proven track record of launching innovative products and leading
brand initiatives
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment
Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and consumer
trends
