Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees the design and deployment of comprehensive communication
plans for initiatives and programs
Partners with senior leaders to prioritize messaging with an
audience-first mindset
Monitors and measures the effectiveness of communications and
campaigns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or
similar program
9+ years of experience in internal communications
3+ years of experience leading teams in a matrixed environment
5+ years of experience in labor relation communications
Experience working closely with HR and legal teams on labor-related
challenges
