Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Association Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a professional advisor to the Board of Directors for
assigned communities
Oversee vendor management, including contract setup and payment
approvals
Develop and submit accurate annual budgets and provide ongoing
financial oversight
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes related to
community management
Experience in budget development and financial management
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with
residents
Experience in vendor management and contract oversight
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
effectively
