Job Description:
A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes and policies for the transfer and
buyout of Third Party Owned (TPO) systems
Manage relationships with servicing partners and coordinate across
the organization for servicing and operational priorities
Execute customer transfer and buyout requests, ensuring compliance
with contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or
administrative roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects under tight deadlines
Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM)
software
Previous experience in solar finance or contract transfers and
assumptions
