Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Regulatory
Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial regulations
across all divisions
Oversee operational adherence to regulatory policies and conduct
risk assessments
Lead the development of regulatory compliance training and
policies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a heavily regulated
environment, preferably in post-secondary education
Strong understanding of federal Title IV regulations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
