Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Professional Services
Operations & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Own PS bookings, backlog, and revenue forecast operations while
partnering with regional PS leaders, Finance, and Sales Ops
Translate strategic goals into operational plans and manage key
initiatives for growth and delivery model evolution
Manage and evolve the PS tech stack to support scalable delivery
and define performance dashboards across key metrics
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in PS or sales operations within the
software/SaaS space
5+ years in people management roles leading high-performing
operations or analytics teams
Proven experience driving forecast rigor and operational
excellence
Expertise in CRM/PSA platforms and data visualization tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required;
MBA preferred
