Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager in
Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-departmental transformation programs,
ensuring alignment with strategic plans and operational
initiatives
Oversee project managers and teams, managing program performance,
budget, and deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure
effective execution and communication throughout the project
lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related experience, including 3+
years managing complex cross-departmental programs
Experience leading cross-functional strategic and transformation
programs
Proven ability to manage program budgets exceeding $1M
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and managing teams of
project managers
Healthcare experience, particularly in a payer environment, is
preferred
