Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fleet/Field Manager to lead a team of
technicians and oversee fleet service programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technician hiring, training, performance management, and
maintenance programs
Review status reports on fleet operations and ensure
maintenance-related data is accurately recorded
Analyze service issues and implement solutions to improve fleet
maintenance performance
Required Qualifications
5-7 years' experience leading Fleet Maintenance teams
7+ years' experience in fleet maintenance and repair as a
heavy-duty technician
High School diploma required
Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and industry
regulations (e.g., EPA, DOT, OSHA)
Proficiency with computers, including Google Docs and Fleet System
software
