Key Responsibilities
Manage customer outcomes and renewals, ensuring contract renewal
rates and gross retention targets are met
Engage with cross-functional leaders to align on strategic goals
and develop customer success plans
Lead quarterly business reviews and coordinate customer initiatives
to drive adoption and growth
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer success or account management
for complex, enterprise-level B2B SaaS accounts
Experience with pricing optimization, CPQ, or revenue management
solutions
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with executive
stakeholders
Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to link product
value to customer goals
Ability to independently plan and execute customer engagements that
deliver business impact
