multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExtremely
organizedAnalyticalWHAT YOU'LL DOResponsible for all Accounts
Payable management; including the management of all vendor setup,
invoices approval and processing, payment schedules, and approvals
of payment disbursementsEnsures proper invoice coding to
appropriate GL accounts and Cost Centers and proper approval of
invoices based on internal policies and proceduresInvestigates and
resolve problems associated with the processing of invoices and
vendor reconciliationHandles all vendor correspondence via phone or
emailReview daily bank exports and imports into the financial
systemBi-weekly payroll reviewReview credit card reports and
employee expenses to ensure the accuracy of coding to the financial
systemAnnual 1099 reportingWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDBachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3-4 years
experience with accounts payableExperience with Microsoft Dynamics
is preferredExperience with MS Office is required, with an emphasis
on ExcelOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and
writtenHigh attention to detail and accuracyExtremely
organizational and multi-tasking skillsWHAT WE
