This is a great opportunity apply now The Digital Print Manager will oversee the production and maintenance of 7-8 hard good and drinkware digital printers and manage the equipment and output of the department.Essential Duties

• Ensure safety, quality, maintenance, and good manufacturing practices.
• Read and understand a job ticket to ensure the correct product is manufactured according to specifications.
• Manage workflow effectively to ensure deadlines are fulfilled.
• Inspect product throughout the run for quality checks, registration, ink coverage, and numbering sequence.
• Perform color calibrations and maintain consistent color output.
• Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy.
• Perform managerial functions proper to enforce company standards among crew charges.
• Maintain the quality and functionality of the company printers and print shop.
• Perform onsite installation and take down of projects.
• Train employees on job related skills.
• Manage and oversee all print jobs.
• Operate digital printing press to produce quality color and monochrome matched products.
• Manage press speed, monitor toner, color, finish and adjust to maintain quality.
• Prepare, set up, change over and restart press with new jobs when needed.
• Adapt and function in demanding environment
• Able to work overtime as needed.Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in the graphics industry
  • 5+ years in production management
  • A graphics background is paramount along with light mechanical understanding of hard good flatbed printers and drinkware digital printers
  • Knowledge of Mimaki, Inkcups or Autotran digital equipmentCovid-19 Considerations
