Job Description:

Brand Marketing Manager -with experience within the consumer product nutritional, health and wellness segment. Ability to drive the development and execution of product strategy consistent with all aspects of the business, including new product development, financial management, marketing planning and the tactical execution of plans. -The ideal candidate possess 7+ years of proven experience in marketing and the successful launching of CPG in the nutraceuticals industry. Possessing a unique blend of business and consumer product savvy insight and trends are strong attributes for this role. A strong strategic planner with an analytical, logical and creative approach to develop, coordinate and execute short and long-term marketing activities across multiple channels and categories in vitamins, minerals, and supplements.General Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and execute strategic marketing to lead the product lifecycle from conception to launch for new products and improvements to existing ones
• Develops consistent plans to build brand equity as a means of attaining to meet short and long-term growth goals
• Plans and executes marketing initiatives across all channels including, promotions, digital, label design and packaging creation
• Identifies key trends and brand implications.
• Partners with Sales and Supply Chain team in a collaborative fashion to build the businessBasic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 7+ Years of Proven Experience preferably in a CPG industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid and Confident Presentation Skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills to meet deadlines
  • Success in partnerships in and out of marketing, and team leadership in a collaborative and inclusive environmentAdditional Information:
