culture. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee
advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and
productivity Develop and implement strategies to optimize
production processes and drive continuous improvement Collaborate
with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement advanced
manufacturing technologies Analyze production data and metrics to
identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production
targets Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree from an
accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science,
technology, engineering, mathematics • Proven experience in
advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean
manufacturing principles • Strong knowledge of manufacturing
technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive
manufacturing WE VALUE • Advanced degrees in Engineering such as EE
(Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) • Experience
with data analysis and statistical process control • Excellent
problem-solving and decision-making skills • Expertise in
implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes •
Strong project management skills • Able to read technical drawings
and documentation (Electronics & Mechanical) • Knowledge of using
Six sigma/quality Tools and APQP (PFMEA, Control plan, SPC MSA,
etc.) • Familiarity with Pick and place machines for surface
mounted technology • AOI/AXI understanding • Knowledge of conformal
coating process • Experience with modern circuit card production
