Job Description:

A company is looking for a Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities

Protect, preserve, and ensure the availability of data
Measure and monitor database performance for optimal configuration settings
Document and automate processes to reduce time spent on recurring tasks

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server
2+ years of experience supporting Postgres
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Understanding of relational database theory and implementations
Experience with SQL Server Always On Availability Groups is preferred
