Mechanical/HVAC Subcontractor looking for a Project Engineer/Assistant Project ManagerAre you extremely focused, strategic and task oriented? We want to talk to you!Job duties

• Reading plans and conducting onscreen takeoffs
• creating project budgets and generating proposals for customers
• Manage projects during production to ensure the projects are completed within budget
• Schedule job-site visits with our Production Team
• Make takeoff sheets, determine pricing and create estimates for our specialty project customers
• Extract details from plans when requested
• Answer inquiries from customers and other members of the team on the phone and via email
• Other office duties, projects and tasks as assigned
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred
• Excellent communication skills and excel in a team environment
