Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A physical therapist is
needed to provide in-person, school-based therapy services for
multiple campuses in an itinerant role within the Irvine area. This
contract position requires availability from August 13, 2026,
through November 15, 2026, working full-time hours Monday through
Friday (37.5 hours per week) during school hours. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized physical therapy services
to students across a cluster of school campuses Travel between
multiple locations throughout the workweek to meet student needs in
different settings Conduct assessments to evaluate students
physical therapy requirements and progress Participate actively in
Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate with
educators and families Document therapy sessions and maintain
accurate records in compliance with school district policies
Qualifications and Experience: Active California Physical Therapist
(PT) license is required Current fingerprint clearance for state
and district compliance Teaching credential status to be confirmed;
updates to be provided accordingly Prior experience providing
school-based physical therapy is highly preferred Ability to manage
a varied caseload and work effectively across multiple campuses
Location: This role is based in Santa Ana, California with services
provided in the Irvine Unified School District and surrounding
