Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A certified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for an elementary
school setting to provide specialized support to students from
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade. This contract
position offers the opportunity to serve a caseload of
approximately 50 students, promoting communication development and
enhancing educational success. Responsibilities include conducting
speech and language assessments, developing and implementing
individualized therapy plans, collaborating closely with educators
and families, and documenting progress to meet school requirements.
The role demands a comprehensive understanding of pediatric speech
and language disorders within a school environment. Key
Qualifications: SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion.
Experience working as an SLP in school settings, particularly with
TK-8 student populations. Strong assessment and intervention skills
tailored to pediatric populations. Ability to manage a caseload of
approximately 50 students. Effective communication and
collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. Position
Details: Location: Anaheim, CA. Setting: Elementary school.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, 35 hours weekly. Start Date:
Immediate. Contract Duration: Through June 3, 2026, with potential
extension for the 2026-2027 school year starting August 17, 2026.
