Role & Program: Join Disney Entertainment for a unique opportunity
to observe and learn from our creative team! This high school-level
internship is designed as a fellowship experience, offering
exposure to the world of television development and storytelling.
If you're curious, love reading, and are excited about TV, this
could be a great introduction to the industry. What You Will Do: As
a Creative Intern, you’ll shadow our team and gain insight into how
we develop and support television content. This is a
learning-focused role where you’ll observe meetings, explore
creative materials, and follow along with assistants and executives
to understand the day-to-day workings of a creative department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Observing team
meetings and creative discussions Learning about scheduling and
administrative workflows Reading scripts and books with guidance
Learning how to provide basic script or book summaries Assisting
with organizing materials and updating simple documents
Participating in light research tasks Required Qualifications &
Skills A strong interest in storytelling, reading, and television
Willingness to learn and observe in a professional environment Good
communication and listening skills Attention to detail and respect
for confidentiality Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, Outlook) Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below
requirements: Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional
Information Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule
throughout the internship The approximate dates of this internship
are April 2026 through May 2026 Fully available from Monday through
Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours
each week Able to provide own housing for the duration of the
internship program in the Los Angeles area Able to provide/have
reliable transportation to/from work The pay rate for this role in
California is $20.00 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as
part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial,
and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
