What You’ll Do As an Entry Level Manager, your main goal is to support senior leadership in optimizing operational efficiency and contribute directly to team performance. Your duties include: Support senior management and other Entry Level Managers in implementing Frontiers campaign operations, focusing on efficiency and smooth workflow. Generate reports by analyzing performance metrics, including sales data, customer acquisition rates, and team productivity, to inform strategic improvements. Aid other Entry Level Managers in the onboarding, training, and development of new sales and customer service associates for Frontier services. Lead management projects aimed at enhancing sales processes, increasing customer satisfaction, and expanding Frontier's market presence. Strategically resolve complex operational challenges and escalated customer issues. Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems to ensure the integrity of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance data. Optimize coverage and productivity during peak campaign hours and events by coordinating team scheduling and deployment. Gain practical experience in management techniques, such as team motivation, conflict resolution, and strategic forecasting, by shadowing senior management and other Entry Level Managers. Uphold excellence by ensuring compliance with company standards across Frontier campaign operations. Participate in advanced management training and leadership programs with other Entry Level Managers to hone analytical, organizational, and leadership skills within the telecommunications and direct marketing sectors.
