This person will need the ability to read plans and specifications, public works experience. Additionally, they will assist in putting together submittal package, RFI’s and PCO’s. Order Hollow Metal Frames, Doors, Wood Doors and Hardware as well as Keep track of Job budgets for material and labor. Responsibilities: Knowledge of the door/frame/hardware industry 2 years’ commercial door experience required Assist with Purchasing Customer/Vendor communication Assist in ensuring project is being built correctly Assist with project schedule management and forecasting Assist with submittal creation and implementation Assist in day-to-day construction management operations Candidates must be team oriented and self-motivated Interested in hearing more?
