Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the commercial property
management sector, is seeking a Senior Commercial Electrician to
join their team. As a Senior Commercial Electrician, you will be
part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting property
operations and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication,
and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within
the organization. Job Title: Senior Commercial Electrician
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Pay rate: $39-41/hr What's the Job?
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including generators,
VFDs, UPS, and building support equipment such as AHUs, chillers,
boilers, and pumps. Assist in executing site power outages and
major switchgear maintenance events to ensure minimal disruption.
Analyze system operations, identify malfunctions, and implement
effective corrective actions. Support installation and repair of
single and three-phase motors, conduit running, and wiring pulling.
Communicate effectively with team members and facility management
to deliver exceptional service and ensure safety compliance. What's
Needed? High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. At
least 3 years of related trade experience or schooling. Strong
communication and organizational skills. Ability to work
collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with
electrical troubleshooting, single-line diagrams, and safety
standards such as NFPA 70E and LOTO procedures. What's in it for
