Job Description:
The VP Marketing Products & Partnerships is used to working in a
fast-paced, creative environment and possesses a strong ability to
handle multiple tasks concurrently while prioritizing and following
through on vital projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a

creative marketing mind. ABOUT LENDISTRY Lendistry is the country's
largest minority-led and technology-enabled small business and
commercial real estate lender with Community Development Financial
Institution (CDFI) and Community Development Entity (CDE)

provide economic opportunities and progressive growth for small
business owners and their underserved communities as a source of
financing and financial education. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Works
closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, sales leaders, and
product division heads to build and execute all marketing
strategies for strategic partnerships and specific emerging product
divisions of Lendistry. - Engages and utilizes Marketing Department
shared resources team (communications/PR/social media, graphic
design, web design, marketing email automation) personnel to carry
out projects and meet the needs of product division. - Reports
directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, contributes to
prioritizing tactical execution for the entire company. - Leads and
directs cross-functionally to execute marketing strategies and
tactics and apply results. - Partners directly with strategic
partnership division of sales department as well as product heads
for emerging products. - Represents the Lendistry Marketing
Department to external partners and customers. - Develops project
timelines, schedules kick-offs, and manages projects day-to-day
through completion. - Builds and executes marketing plans using a
variety of tactics including digital, advertising, web, PR. -
Writes marketing copy for initiatives/materials as needed. - Helps
to build sub-brands and brand unique partnership programs. -
Complete other related duties as assigned and support the Company's
strategic initiatives. PROFICIENCIES - Strong analytical skills -

Marketing and Public Relations. - Technology and social media

Strong analytical ability with active listening skills. -
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines,
including extended work hours. - Exhibit a professional,
business-like appearance and demeanor. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - -
12+ years working in a corporate marketing environment. - Formal
Marketing BA/MBA preferred; comparable experience acceptable. -
Direct experience working with and presenting ideas to sales
leaders, senior corporate leadership. - Direct experience
presenting to and collaborating with external clients/partners. -
Experience in marketing B2B financial services including commercial
banking, commercial real estate, community development or fintech
preferred. SALARY RANGE
