The Marketing Manager is responsible for the organization's
marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a
fully integrated marketing strategy for the business focusing on
social media and internal events. The Marketing Manager will
provide direction to internal staff and agencies for the
development of external communications programs. The successful
candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop short-term
strategic marketing plans and implement marketing programs that
capitalize on business opportunities that drive events, grow social
accounts, and increase brand awareness. The Marketing Manager will
collaborate with subject matter experts and our internal legal
department to ensure regulatory compliance and appropriate legal

Maintains and develops engagement strategy with consumers, b2b

Five or more years' experience working as a marketing manager with
Marketing experience within mortgage, real estate, finance, and/or
Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or
Five or more years' of management experience
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
Confident, driven and dynamic leader
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot marketing
Well versed in internet advertising
Work Authorization : Must be able to verify identity and employment
eligibility to work in the U.S.
