Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support Talent Acquisition
team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in
starting a career in recruiting or human resources. You'll assist
with candidate coordination, job postings, and day-to-day
recruiting operations while gaining hands-on experience in the
hiring process. Key Responsibilities Assist recruiters with
scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Post job openings to job boards, career pages, and social media
platforms Review resumes and help screen candidates for entry-level
and mid-level roles Maintain accurate candidate records in the
applicant tracking system (ATS) Support onboarding activities and
new-hire documentation Respond to candidate inquiries in a
professional and timely manner Help with recruiting events, job
fairs, and employer branding initiatives Perform general
administrative tasks related to hiring and HR Qualifications High
school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's
degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written
and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and
confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office or
Google Workspace Positive attitude and willingness to learn Nice to
Have Internship or coursework related to HR or recruiting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Experience in
customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles
