A fast growing organization, specializing in Network solutions, seeks and Administrative Assistant to assist their Bookkeeper and act as general staff utility. This organization is one of the fastest growing companies that our Sherman Oaks branch works with. They are looking to expand their offices, by adding a 2nd location, in 2015. Ideal candidate possesses great written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, has some exposure to Accounting principles utilizing QuickBooks software, is a team player and seeking to learning and grow within the company.
