Customer Service Representative



Terrific opportunity for someone who is great at building relationships. This position offers a variety of duties and is looking for someone who has a strong desire to help others.



Duties/Responsibilities:


Prepares handout materials for presentations. You will seek information that can be incorporated with/into existing materials to increase ability to educate, ensuring relevance and professionalism. You will promote a positive image of this organization throughout the communities served through outreach, participation in various awareness and community relations programs. Positive delivery and participation in consumer education counseling, seminars, workshops to individuals and members of the community. Assist with local community outreach, scheduling and community outreach program support.
