Responsibilities of the Receptionist role include:

--- Answer heavy volume phone calls, greet customers, distribute mail and packages
--- Use Excel spreadsheets to create/update reports
--- Must be detail-oriented and organized with a superb level of professionalism
--- Must be punctual and on time ready to work
--- Assist in scheduling/coordinating conference rooms and meetings
--- Maintain mailroom, including but not limited to, postage machine, all incoming/outgoing mail, and maintains supplies.
--- Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings, assist with special projects
--- Assist in preparing expense reports, order office supplies, and other duties
Requirements

--- Minimum of 6 to 12 months of previous experience in an office environment
--- Professional phone skills & appearance essential
--- Minimum High School education preferred
--- Must have proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
--- Work well with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors
--- Exceptional verbal/communication skills

As a Customer Service Administrator, you must be able to clearly present information, interpret complex information and communicate professionally with customers-you must communicate efficiently regarding their orders. You must also be able to display good judgment in routine and day-to-day decision making.

Other requirements of the Administrative Assistant role include:

? Strong Customer Service background
? Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office
? Phone system and other traditional office equipment
? Ability to prioritize work in alignment with the needs of the customer
? Good time management skills
? Ability to multi-task and approach situations with a proactive and positive outlook
? Ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal team and external customers
? Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of basic packing procedures for web fulfillment
? Working knowledge of shipping software, such as UPS WorldShip
