treasury operations and corporate programs (credit cards, fleet,
merchant services, and travel), partnering with internal
stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient operations,
strong internal controls, while providing a high level of customer
service. Improve business performance by delivering financial and
strategic insights through strong analysis, tracking key metrics,
partnering closely with the business, and process improvements
recommendations. Commitment to providing consistent high-quality
customer service to internal and external partners daily. What
You'll Do: Treasury & Banking Operations Processes daily wire
transactions in accordance with established procedures and
timelines ensuring compliance with policies, controls and
regulatory requirements. Act as a subject matter expert managing
banking applications from an administrative aspect. Open and close
bank accounts at multiple partner institutions. Manage
documentation, signature cards, and user entitlement. Analyze
account analysis statements and fees. Merchant Accounts–
opening/closings, financial data maintenance. Performs general ad
hoc analysis of financial and operational data for trends and
variances. Corporate Programs (Credit Card, Fleet, Travel)
Administers the corporate credit card program, including card
issuance, maintenance (i.e. limits), and employee support.
Monitoring out-of-pocket expenses. Supports merchant account
administration, including onboarding, maintenance, and user
assistance Supports the company travel program by partnering with
the Travel Management Company (TMC), responding to employee
inquiries, coordinating with travel vendors (airlines, hotels,
rental cars) and acting as a subject matter expert on travel tools,
policies, and processes. Administration of the fleet program
including- Vehicle ordering/onboarding, addressing operational
requests, billing reconciliation, and issue resolution. Creates and
maintains internal forms, documentation, process materials, and
webpage content management (i.e. SharePoint) Responds to inquiries
and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner. What
You'll Bring: 3–5 years of experience in customer service, banking
operations, treasury, or financial services Experience with wire
processing and banking platforms administration. Experience
supporting corporate programs such as credit cards, fleet, travel,
or merchant services Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business,
Accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of
education and relevant work experience Customer Service -
Communicate effectively with employees and vendors via: Phone,
Microsoft Teams (Including video), Email (direct and inbox
management) maintaining professionalism across all channels. Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and virtual collaboration tools
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support productivity
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Effective organizational and time management skills with the
ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to:
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Work
effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure Provide
responsive, professional customer support Communicate clearly and
effectively across multiple channels Present information to
management and groups, including facilitating training sessions Pay
Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually This hiring range is a
reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the
time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may
include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business
requirements and geographic location. Note that the following
