Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Specialist to ensure compliance,
optimize tax strategies, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research tax laws, develop strategies, prepare and review tax
returns, and monitor changes for tax planning and compliance
Prepare accurate reports, collaborate with teams, and maintain
documentation for tax reporting
Handle indirect tax treatment, propose tax codes, and manage VAT,
GST, PST filings
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
education and experience
2+ years of relevant tax experience with indirect or corporate
taxes
Ability to perform tax research
Strong PC skills including high proficiency in Excel
Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism with the ability to
handle sensitive and confidential material
