Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Collections
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers with
enthusiasm
Build relationships with clients and meet call center metrics while
providing excellent service
Educate customers about products and services while striving for
first call resolution
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable is
required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data filtering and vlookup
function
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
