Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Counsel - Transactional &
Corporate Tax (Part-Time, Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide U.S. federal tax guidance on corporate structuring, mergers
& acquisitions, and complex financing transactions
Review and advise on tax provisions in transactional agreements and
identify potential tax risks
Coordinate with external tax advisors and stay updated on relevant
U.S. tax law developments
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of legal experience focused on U.S. federal tax law
Demonstrated ability to advise on Delaware flips and complex
transactions
Experience in reviewing and drafting tax-related provisions in
agreements
J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license in
good standing
Prior experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal
department
