Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Draft and ensure compliance of SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings
Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain financial data accuracy
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and streamline financial reporting timelines

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of accounting experience
Experience with SEC filings
Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Business; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite, Workiva, and Shareworks is a plus
