Job Description:

SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility will be partnership tax returns, filing K-1's, and work with Pass-through entities.
• Preparation and review of partnership, S corporation, individual and fiduciary tax returns
• Maintain company's tax records and tax Calendar.
• Track investor tax basis.
• Tax research and compliance.
• Selected month-end activities, journal entries, accruals, & reconciliations.
• Research and analysis of various tax issues
• Preparation and review of quarterly/annual tax projections
• Various tax projects in the areas of federal and state income tax, property tax, and tax planning.
• Assist with Indirect tax for Sales & Use, property tax, unclaimed property.Requirements:
  • On track for CPA a plus
  • Current work experience with Real Estate Partnerships.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills
