Job Description:

Summary:We are looking to fill an accounts receivable processing position in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our Chief Accountant and be responsible for processing the billing requests from our Internet Sales Department as well as other vendor accounts. Due to the extremely high volume of transactions, you must have exceptional organizational skills and be detail-oriented. You will handle credit, cash and check billings among other duties.Responsibilities: Process incoming payments Handle payment inquiries Rectify billing discrepancies Prepare reports and analyses as requested by management Manually submit special requests Prepare invoices Work with Collections Department to manage delinquent payments Process credit applications Update customer profiles Rectify and report processing errors Monitor balances Assist sales and accounting associates as necessaryQualifications: 1 year experience in similar position, 2+ years preferred Mastery of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel Detail-Oriented Highly-motivated Problem Solver Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Team player, work well with others, generally helpful and courteous Strong organizational skillsAbout Us:Performance Media Marketing offers a broad range of online marketing programs for small to mid-sized businesses based on maximizing return on investment (ROI), tailoring campaigns to specific business types and geographic targets.
