Senior Collections Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Specialist for a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

Review aging reports and take appropriate action on overdue accounts
Coordinate communication with clients regarding past due balances
Generate and send out letters for overdue accounts and reconcile payment data

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience working with multiple systems and databases
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
